We currently only ship to the UK.

Delivery will take between 2 and 10 working days, depending on product availability and team work schedule.

Yes, all orders include tracking information. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package through the courier's tracking system.

All our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors. We maintain proper storage conditions to ensure freshness and quality. Products are stored in climate-controlled facilities.

We currently only accept Wise transfers and cryptocurrency payments. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

In the rare event that an order is seized due to local regulations, we would offer to reship the order, free of charge.

We often have tracking labels on us in the warehouse, and we are able to provide the tracking number before we dispatch. Please wait at least a day for updates to start showing on couriers' tracking systems.

If tracking information shows a package was delivered according to the courier company, we must deem it as a successful delivery as we can only go by what we can see on couriers' tracking systems and thus will not be able to replace the order free of charge.

Unfortunately, courier companies make mistakes from time to time and packages get lost during transit. If the tracking information confirms that the package was received at the post office, but there has not been any movement for 10 working days (15 working days for Northern Ireland), we will reship the order free of charge.

We will guarantee that your order is delivered* or we will give a full refund.
* Courier companies' tracking systems showing shipment as "delivered" will be deemed as a successful delivery.

Courier companies will try to deliver your order 2 or 3 times until they are stored at their hubs for 14 days before they are returned to the sender. You must collect your package from the courier company before they attempt to return the package to the sender. We do not accept returns for security reasons, so the courier companies' attempt to return packages will not be successful and therefore, we cannot take responsibility for the package going missing during this process or the return being unsuccessful. Please check your tracking information and "missed parcel" slips if the order is taking longer than usual to arrive to avoid these situations.

Please contact us ASAP via email (info@falconcartons.com) stating your order number, name and correct address. If we have already dispatched your order before the email, we will not be able to offer refunds, so please double check your details before you complete your purchase.
